- Data Entry Operator - includes operating large-format and ADF (Auto-Document Feed) scanners
- Clipper - quickly clip articles as they are fed into the system, with the right dimenstions
- Reader - requires a proper understanding of client requirements to identify relevant news items
- Junior Editor - requires superb English language skills (translate and summarize) and a minimum of 65 WPM typing speed
- Sernior Editor - requires impeccable English language skills to edit and approve written abstracts
