Public relations agencies are largely failing to provide their clients with value for money, according to managing director of media anaylsts Mediastow. Mohammed Elzubeir said UAE companies were wasting money on ineffective PR. Mediastow offers these companies an effective measurement tool that helps them make more informed decisions.
